We are proud to extend an invitation to you to join the Tyumen State University Alumni Association.

The Alumni Association seeks to maintain and develop the relationships cultivated during your time here as a student. Together, we will be able to accomplish many interesting projects,such as conducting conferences, imparting experience to current and prospective students, enhancing and utilizing innovative educational and legal techniques, supporting talented students, and creating an environment that enables alumni to achieve their goals.

When you become a member of the Alumni Association, you will stay in touch with your Alma Mater and be an honored guest at the Institute of State and Law and Tyumen State University events.

Nikolay Dobrynin, PhD, is the President of the Alumni Association. He has been the Vice-Governor of the Khanty-Mansiysky Autonomus Okrug for many years.

Valeriy Ivochkin has been the Executive Director of the Institute of State &Law Alumni Association since April 2004. He is a senior lecturer in the Constitutional &Municipal LawDepartment and a graduate of the Institute of State and Law’s Class of 1994.

Ivochkin has also been the Chairman of Nyagan City Council (1991 -1993), Vice-Mayor of the City of Nyagan, Director of the Nyagan Municipal Property Department (1993-1997), and Director of the Municipal Affairs Department of the Tyumen Region Government (1997-1998), Vice-Director of Information &Regional Affairs Department of Tyumen Region Government (1998-2001).He is an associate member of the Russian Municipal Academy.
